I’ve been baking for friends and family for the last 20 years, but if you ask my mom it all started when I was just a toddler. Now, I get to bake with my toddler! After being an NFL cheerleader for the Buffalo Bills and a professional archer for 11 years, I am happiest spending my time with my family. Baking gives me the perfect balance of doing something I love and spending quality time with the ones I love.

After taking some time off to travel, work, and live across the country, I always knew I would come home to the beautiful mountains of Utah. I knew that we wanted to raise our son, Dominic, here.

I love taking your dreams and ideas and turning them into reality. I’m up to the challenge - and I can make (almost) anything happen!

Once upon a pie…

I sat down with a delicious piece of peanut butter pie in a small town in Pennsylvania. It was the greatest pie I had ever eaten… ever. I knew I had to have it again, and the only way was to make it myself. How was I going to get back to that diner regularly? After some trial and error, I had it! But mine was even better… and a few of my friends thought so too. After a little nudging, I decided to enter my pie in the Crisco National Pie Championship. And I won! I also decided to enter a few more pies and also came home with another ribbon!
